To start a return for refund, please visit our return portal.

For returns, please allow 10 business days for our warehouse team to process and approve the return once it is received. Once your merchandise is approved, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your banking institution.

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, your return for refund will be subject to a $9 processing fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
